Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

What we collect when you visit our sites or apply for a program, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are, and what this policy covers

Fixant, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Fixant", "we", "us", "our"), is responsible for the personal information described here.

This policy applies to every website we operate, including:

and to the application forms, programs and communications we provide through them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you apply for a program or contact us, our application forms ask for some or all of the following:

WhatExamples
Identity and contactName, email address, country
Professional detailsCompany name, job title, industry, LinkedIn profile URL, team size
Free-text answersWhat you are struggling with, your goals, and anything else you choose to write

If you enroll, we also process information needed to deliver the program — your LinkedIn profile and analytics, drafts and posts you share for review, scheduling details, and correspondence with us.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and similar usage data. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

3. How we use your information

4. Marketing emails

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. We do not add you to a newsletter or distribution list because you applied, inquired, attended a session or bought something, and we do not buy, rent, sell or swap email lists.

You are on a marketing list only if you asked to be — by subscribing, requesting a resource or guide, or otherwise telling us you want to hear from us. If you have, we may email you about our programs, content and offers.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using it or by emailing lori@fixantconsulting.com, and we act on opt-out requests promptly.

Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about your application, a program you have enrolled in, your payments, or changes to these policies. Those are not marketing, and they continue for as long as we have a relationship.

5. Analytics and advertising

We use analytics, and we may run retargeting ads. Retargeting means third-party technologies on our Sites can recognize your browser or device and show you Fixant ads on other websites and social platforms after you have visited us.

Under some privacy laws, including California's, retargeting may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we do not sell your personal information for money. Section 9 explains how to opt out.

The providers we use

ProviderWhat it does on our SitesTheir policy
Google Analytics
(Google LLC)
Measures how the Sites are used — pages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. Google Privacy Policy
How Google uses data from sites that use its services
Meta Pixel
(Meta Platforms, Inc.)
Not currently in use
We may use this, but it is not running on our Sites today. If we enable it, it would record that you visited our Sites and which key actions you took, so we could show you Fixant ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure whether those ads worked. Meta Privacy Policy
Meta Cookies Policy

Google Analytics is in use today. The Meta Pixel is not. We describe it here because we may turn it on, and we would rather tell you in advance than change this policy after the fact. If we enable it, or add or change any other provider, we will update this section and the “Last updated” date above.

Google and Meta act as independent controllers of the data they collect through these technologies, and use it in accordance with their own policies linked above.

How to opt out

You can limit this in several ways:

6. Cookies and similar technologies

TypeWhat it does
Strictly necessaryMakes the site work — page delivery, security, form submission.
AnalyticsTells us which pages are visited and how the site performs. Set by Google Analytics.
AdvertisingSupports retargeting and measures whether ads worked. Would be set by the Meta Pixel, which we do not currently run (see Section 5).

Our marketing emails may contain small tracking pixels (sometimes called web beacons) that tell us whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. We use this to understand which messages are useful. Turning off image loading in your email client usually prevents it.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working, including our application forms.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

RecipientWhy
LeadConnector / HighLevelHosts our application forms and our CRM. Form submissions go to them and are stored there on our behalf.
Google Analytics (Google LLC)To measure site usage. See Section 5.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)To run and measure retargeting campaigns, if we enable the Meta Pixel. Not currently in use — see Section 5.
Payment processorTo take payment and manage installments.
Email and scheduling toolsTo communicate with you and run sessions.
Professional advisersAccountants and lawyers, where necessary.
Authorities or acquirersWhere required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us, except where they act as independent controllers of data they collect through their own technologies.

8. How long we keep it

9. Your privacy rights

Everyone

Whatever your location, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Email lori@fixantconsulting.com and we will respond as required by the laws that apply to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA may give you the right to:

You may use an authorized agent. We will verify your request against information we already hold before acting.

Washington residents

Our Sites do not collect consumer health data, and we do not use them to infer anything about your health.

Europe and the UK

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Our legal bases are: contract (to deliver a program you have enrolled in), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies, where required), and legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business). You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

We are based in the United States, so information you give us is processed there, and privacy laws there may differ from those where you live.

10. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States and your information is processed here. Some of our providers may process or store information in other countries.

If you are outside the United States, be aware that US privacy law may differ from the law where you live, and that by using the Sites or applying for a program you are sending your information to the United States. Where we transfer personal information from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, and we rely on established providers to host it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The Sites are intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party sites and platforms

Our Sites link to other services, including LinkedIn and our form and scheduling providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
